The second edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World will feature Chef Marco Sacco in a series of master classes that will be held at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. During each session Chef Sacco will present an Italian culinary delicacy by conducting a workshop with a group of students eager to learn and master his art.
